Being a Richmond resident my entire life, I am very familiar with the city and surrounding counties. I currently live in Chesterfield County with my husband and and two kids. I’ve worked in the banking industry for 10 years and have also worked in the local retail market. I graduated from VCU 2002, with a Bachelor's in Business Management. Additionally, I graduated from George Washington University in 2002 with a Master’s Certificate in Project Management. I have recently acquired the taste of real estate investing in my free time. I enjoy buying houses in disrepair and fixing them up to rent or sell. I have learned things that many first time homebuyers may not notice or think about. I also have good insight on things that you would want to focus on when selling your house at the highest price possible. I have been very engaged in all of my own real estate transactions, and have come to realize what values I feel are the most important for my agent to have in order to represent my best interests as a client.
