The agent was always available to answer all questions, gave excellent information, and was 'pro-active' in providing updates on a routine basis. Her assistance in getting the house ready to sell was invaluable and she was willing to go the extra steps to ensure it showed well. She was able to expertly coordinate a difficult closing. And, all of this was done with a very professional, positive and gracious attitude. It was a pleasure working with her and I willingly recommend her to anybody. Before we even listed the house, you had a painter and a termite company contact me. Soon after you sent a roofer, a plumber, a carpenter, a tile mechanic, a septic tank company. Mom['s neighbor's report that you showed the house many times, often to the same people. You made numerous telephone calls to keep me informed of the progress, and you found a buyer - a cash buyer. We realize that you made a special effort on this sale, and we appreciate it very much. It was a pleasure working with you and I am grateful to you for all your efforts. I wish you continued success. Words cannot express the way I feel about your professionalism, initiative, and positive attitude as we crossed one hurdle after another. You saw it through to the final settlement.

| Thank you for all the help you've given us over the past few weeks. We know things haven't been as easy as they could have been, but we're glad you were on our side through it all.
